Default 1957 Factory LEFTY LG-1 all original with alligator case - x-braced by Baxendale

I had Scott Baxendale x-brace this LG1 in the fall. He is a master! The tone is pure and balanced, but still vintage (old wood). The problem is i just prefer bigger guitars and a different neck.

So... I am selling it on Reverb and elsewhere. Make me an offer! I am into it for almost $2700.

    Not Bad. Sometimes they're narrower.

May I ask, why did the original bracing change?

i wanted to give the guitar a fuller, bigger sound. Some people appreciate the old ladder braced, "boxy" blues tone but I am not one of them. Not to mention I can't coax those tones out of a guitar

Hey Dan, what's the neck shape like on this? Fairly shallow? Much different than J-45?

"C" shape. Fairly shallow but perhaps a tiny bit thicker than a modern J45. Comfy for most people I'd think.
