Thread: H&D Factory Tour

    Default H&D Factory Tour

Had a bit of time on my hands today in the beautiful Virginia hills, so I took a tour of Huss & Daltons facility in Staunton (they pronounce it 'Stanton'). Terrifically nice people creating great instruments in a place that really can't be called a 'factory'. This is labor-of-love stuff and you can see it as you go through the stations where the work is done. All in, a wonderful experience meeting the folks who help make great music!

BTW - if you're waiting for a delivery, this may be why.

Is that the paddle they use to punish left-handed players, or are they just fond of cricket?

I've owned 4 or 5 Huss & Dalton guitars. Most have been stellar.
