    You are correct! I also have a DC Jr. with a record as a guard.

    That's amazing. I would like to add a chunk of a record as a scratchplate on my acoustic.

    Pretty cool. I'd like to take it out for a spin.
    In fact, I feel a pressing need to do so.

    I bet it looks good on a Gibson LP.
